Brian Coleman assumes the role of President & CEO. He began his EAP career in 1988 when EAPs were relatively new in Canada . At that time, he joined Canada 's largest EAP Provider, Warren Shepell Consultants Corp. (WSCC), servicing over 40 organizational clients. He remained with WSCC for ten years managing their Client Data Department and later becoming Manager, Information Systems. At that time, Brian searched the market for software to support an organization of this size. He soon recognized the need for comprehensive EAP software to manage EAPs of all sizes. He left WSCC to develop and market the most comprehensive EAP Software in the world, EAP Expert.

Brian holds a Specialized Honours Degree in Mathematics from York University .
