Duane Coleman assumes to role of Director of Operations. Prior to joining EAP Expert, Duane spent 10 years in the financial industry with the Toronto Dominion Bank as an Assistant Manager of TD Waterhouse's flagship branch.

Duane has been with the EAP Expert team since 1999. After several years with EAP Expert, his responsibilities include account management, technical support, contract renewals, software training, EAP consulting and overseeing company finances.
