Mark is a global leader in personal knowledge management and the technologies available to support personal knowledge acquisition and deployment. His career has spanned over 15 years, the last six years as a consultant and entrepreneur. Mark has had a working career highlighted by numerous awards for sales excellence, superior leadership, and contributed to some of the most successful teams and workgroups. 

Mark is a certified knowledge manager through the leading knowledge management association based in Washington DC – KMPro. Mark is a member of the KMPro faculty team offering his expertise in personal knowledge management. Mark is also a founding member of the KMPro Technology advisory committee.

Mark also holds an Honours, Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor . Additional certifications and educational development have been attained as an eCRM project manager, project management, strategic planning diagnostics and roadmapping, and emarketing.
